Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations within our fast-paced fuel systems and construction environment. This role serves as a central point of coordination for administrative tasks, customer communication, and general office support while helping maintain an efficient and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Respond to emails and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
Perform light data entry and maintain accurate records.
